We opened in 2018 with a simple plan: serve beans roasted lightly, keep the espresso machine running, and let the neighborhood do the rest.
We don't overthink it.
Some of our regulars swear by the 8:15 AM espresso. We won't argue. It's pulled slow, usually with beans we got from Sul de Minas last Thursday. The place gets loud around 8:30, settles down by 10, and then the afternoon crowd trickles in for cold brew and pastries.
If you're looking for overly sweetened syrups and neon signs, you're probably better off two blocks down. But if you want a properly extracted cup in a space that actually feels lived-in, we'll keep your seat warm.

Keviora started in late 2018 when Rafael and Camila quit their corporate jobs in Faria Lima and decided to lease a cramped space on Rua dos Pinheiros. We didn't have a business plan. Just a second-hand Probat roaster, a crate of green beans from Carmo de Minas, and a stubborn belief that São Paulo deserved lighter, traceable roasts.
The first six months were messy. We burned three batches, mispriced the menu twice, and learned the hard way that humidity changes extraction times. But the regulars stayed. They told their friends. By 2021, we'd moved past trial-and-error and started building direct relationships with five family farms.
We still argue over roast profiles sometimes. Camila likes it bright and tea-like. Rafael pushes for body and chocolate notes. Usually, we split the difference. The result ends up in your cup.
Fun fact: We still don't print paper receipts. Everything goes to your email. Saves trees, saves time.

Kitchen closes 30 mins before closing. Last food order: 19:15 weekdays / 20:00 weekends.
Book Your Table
Walk-ins are welcome, but weekends after 6 PM fill up fast. Groups of 4+ get priority if you book ahead.
Tables are held for 15 minutes past reservation time. After that, they go to walk-ins.

How We Handle Your Data
Look, we run a café.
We aren't a tech company tracking your clicks. When you book a table, email us, or check out at the counter, we collect basic info (name, email, phone) so we can confirm reservations, send digital receipts, or reply to questions. That's it.
Where do emails go?
We use a dedicated transactional email delivery service to handle confirmations, support replies, and optional updates. All messages are sent from our verified domain (keviora.biz.id) through encrypted gateways that comply with LGPD and international anti-spam standards. We don't store raw email logs on our local servers, and we absolutely do not buy, rent, or sell contact lists.
Newsletter & Consent
You only receive marketing or update emails if you explicitly check the opt-in box. Every message includes a clear, one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you just want reservation confirmations or order receipts, you'll never see promotional content. No hard feelings, no hidden toggles.
Your Rights & Data Retention
You own your data. Email support@keviora.biz.id to request a copy, correction, or permanent deletion. We process requests within 5 business days. Booking records are archived after 12 months unless local tax regulations require longer retention. Basic site functionality uses minimal, non-tracking cookies.

House Rules & Terms
Reservations & Tables
We hold booked tables for exactly 15 minutes past your time slot. Running late? Text or WhatsApp us. After 15 mins, the table goes to whoever walked in. Groups of 6+ require direct coordination so we can arrange seating without blocking the service aisle.
Acceptable Use
We want everyone comfortable. Please keep volume reasonable, don't monopolize power outlets during peak hours, and treat staff respectfully. Commercial photography or content creation requires prior approval. We love a good photo, but 3-hour lighting setups at 9 AM on a Saturday aren't practical.
Liability & Food Safety
We list common allergens on request, but cross-contact is possible in a small kitchen. If you have severe allergies, notify us when booking or ordering. Keviora isn't liable for unattended personal items, weather delays, or sudden supply chain interruptions (yes, sometimes harvests literally shift delivery dates).
Refunds & Cancellations
Pre-paid items (event tickets, catering deposits) are refundable up to 48 hours in advance. Daily coffee and food purchases are final unless we made a mistake, which we will gladly fix or replace on the spot.
